  1. Accounts Payable on the Day of Service

All accounts must be settled in full on the day of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash payments.

 

  1. Health Insurance Claims via HICAPS

We offer on-the-spot claiming through our HICAPS terminal. To use this service, patients must present their physical or digital health insurance card at the time of the appointment.

If the appropriate card is not available, the account must be paid in full, and a receipt will be provided so the patient can claim directly with their health fund.

 

  1. Deposits for Appointment Security

For patients with a history of:

  • Late or unpaid accounts
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”)
  • Frequent cancellations

we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensure appointment availability.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cancellation fee and/or a deposit requirement for future bookings.

 

  1. Late Payments and Debt Recovery

Unpaid accounts that remain outstanding may be referred to a third-party debt recovery agency. In such cases, the patient will be responsible for all associated recovery fees and charges incurred during the recovery process.

 

  1. Payment Notices

All payment reminders and account notices are sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure their contact details remain current.
